The heart of our ministry lies in the dedicated individuals who share the gospel and guide our communities. As the demand for spiritual guidance grows, so does the need for well-trained preachers who can deliver biblically accurate sermons, offer pastoral care, and lead by example. By investing in the education and mentorship of new preachers, we ensure that the spiritual needs of Querétaro’s residents are met with compassion and wisdom. 

Our training program is designed to equip future preaches with the theological knowledge, practical skills, and spiritual depth required for effective ministry. The program includes three parts:

1. Theological Education: Comprehensive courses in inductive Bible studies, discipleship, church history, and theology provide a solid foundation for understanding and interpreting scripture. 
2. Practical Ministry Skills: Hands-on training in sermon preparation, public speaking, pastoral counseling, and community outreach ensures that our preachers are well-prepared to serve their congregations.
3. Spiritual Formation: Regular retreats, prayer sessions, and mentorship from experienced pastors foster personal spiritual growth and resilience.

I am thrilled to share with you that after my involvement with the Preaching Lab, led by faithful pastors of BMA America, we were challenged to begin a Preaching Lab in our respective churches. We began our study of Titus with four gentlemen the following month in our church plant, El Arco. After completing our program, one of the gentlemen, Abraam, expressed interest in beginning a Bible study in his home that will prayerfully become a sister church of El Arco. We pray that God raises up more leaders like Abraham to go and teach all that God has commanded. 

Before meeting the Lord, Abraham was searching for meaning in a world filled with addiction. But then, through the outreach efforts of our church plant, he found a community that embraced him with open arms. Today, he is a changed person–a testament to the power of God’s love and the importance of planting churches in places like Querétaro. 

As we look to the future, we are excited about expanding our program to reach even more aspiring preachers across Querétaro and all of Mexico, ensuring that our city and even the most remote communities have access to spiritual leadership. Together, we can nurture a new generation of preachers who will carry the gospel across Querétaro.
