It’s a joy to give you an update on the work here in Thailand and let you know how you can pray for us and the people here. In August we will celebrate ten years of living and serving in Thailand. So I want to briefly share what we have been doing and what the Lord is leading us to do next.  

Chuba and Moala tell people, “God never blessed us with daughters–we have three sons–but now he gave us thirty-nine spiritual daughters.” They are grateful God led them to be part of the Prakashes’ ministry serving the neglected and marginalized girls of India. Their story is a unique one that has expanded their family in incredible ways.

As a warm culture here in Southeast Asia, time is of little consequence. Quality time and friendships are prioritized over the scheduled, fast-paced culture we are controlled by in the West. Personally, I generally prefer this slow, easy-going culture.

At BMA Global we are blessed and fortunate to have these kinds of leaders around the world. God’s call to leadership requires a focus on leading others to lead others who lead others. The challenge is not just teaching people to live like Jesus but to lead like Jesus.
