From humble beginnings in a nominal Christian family to a lifetime devoted to ministry, Pastor S. Paig has spent decades spreading the message of salvation. His journey, marked by unwavering faith and dedication, has led him to shepherd a thriving church in India and extend his mission to those in need.

Pastor Paig was saved at the age of 19 and felt a calling to serve in ministry in 1976. Determined to lead others to know Christ, he began his work with Every Home Crusade, distributing booklets and spreading the gospel for over 17 years. While he frequently preached in churches, he never took on a full-time pastoral role—until a fateful meeting changed his path.

In 2007, at a wedding, he met Pastor Jeremiah S., who had recently established a church in southern India. Their discussion on biblical teachings blossomed into a friendship. When Jeremiah decided to plant a new church in Osmanabad, he invited Pastor Paig to lead his original congregation. The church welcomed him warmly, and he accepted the call to serve as their pastor.

Since then, Pastor Paig has been faithfully leading the congregation while assisting in broader church-planting efforts. Beyond his pastoral duties, he carries a deep burden for helping the blind. Raising local funds, he provides essential support to families in need, demonstrating the love and compassion at the heart of his faith.

“I believe God wants me to serve as the pastor of this church until I die,” he shares. However, one significant challenge remains—his congregation still meets in a rented space. His prayer is that God will provide a permanent church building.As he continues serving, Pastor Paig remains steadfast in his belief that faith, service, and perseverance will lead his church in fruitful endeavors.
